There is a full kitchen but there are no equipments to cook! Or microwave! Best if there are cutleries / plates / knives / chopping board and a pan if possible!

Very gorgeous hotel, spacious and luxury rooms and common places. The breakfast buffet offers the best of western and Chinese cuisine and has a multitude of choices. The staff was always ready to help.

Ground floor toilets did not have hand soap, or else the dispenser was not working. Gym water dispenser ran out of water, gym reception ran out of hand towels. Logistics and checks should have been more frequent to notice and replenish these things.Breakfast was quite limited in options, compared to other hotels of comparable statute.

The hotel provided a spacious and comfortable room, with a satisfying breakfast and a convenient location just a short walk from the shopping center. The mall offered a variety of dining options, including a food court with Chinese dishes and well-known fast-food outlets like Burger King and Starbucks, alongside restaurants serving hotpot and sushi. The abundance of retail stores made it a good shopping place.During our stay, we experienced the super typhoon Yagi, and I was highly impressed with the hotel staff’s dedication and professionalism. The managers on duty (floor 19th and 27th) during the typhoon ensured the safety of guests despite the power outages and poor communication. One staff member even delivered dinner to our floor 19 in the middle of the night when the electricity was cut off, showcasing the team’s exceptional commitment during the crisis.In the aftermath of the typhoon, the hotel efficiently provided food, water, and resumed breakfast and dinner services the next day. The swift recovery of electricity and communication was handled smoothly, and I commend both the local authorities and the hotel management for their efforts in ensuring locals and guests' safety and comfort throughout this challenging time.May Guanyin bless the people of Hainan and the frontline staff who work tirelessly day and night to recover from the damage caused by the typhoon.

The restaurant can feel a bit warm at times, but adding one or more cooling units / fans could significantly enhance the comfort level, making the atmosphere more pleasant and enjoyable for guests. Despite this, the overall experience is still very positive, with good food and good service that more than compensates for the minor temperature issue.

The view was good. It was easy to get taxis too and from this hotel as it was easily accessed and well frequented.

We booked King Room with Ocean view billed as 45 m2 but were given a much smaller sized room. I looked at the escape plan and found that the building is oval shaped with many different room sizes with the same view. We were put into the smallest and most remote room on the floor. I suspect this is because we use Booking.com. The first room we were assigned was a smoking room and reeked of stale smoking smell despite booking a non-smoking room. I couldn't believe that indoor smoking is still permitted in this day and age. We were assigned a non-smoking room on request and were given the same smallest room on the floor on a non-smoking floor. The room did not have a nespresso machine as indicated in the sample pictures. The cafe would not serve a coffee despite an hour before closing time. The check-in staff wore soiled clothing.

I wish the room could offer 2 Beds, 1 double + 1 single bed, Because there are 3 of us, even my kid just 5 years old.

The location is within 15 minutes walking distance from several shopping centres.

The rooms are not sound proof and noises from corridor are heard clearly.

They upgrade our room to the sea view room upon knowing our birthday. The staff helped us make payment when we cannot use our app like wechat and we pay them n cash, they are always eager to help, that makes them a place to come back for.

Abit confusing i book which room because they will ask if ive booked the condo room or the guestroom, ended up in condo room. Need to note that swimming in their pool needs to wear cap, if not cannot enter the pool which will be a bummer. They do sell it though

Room size was huge, toilet was huge too. It's value for money. Location was quite alright from the areas to visit too. Shower gels, shampoo and conditioner provided are good!

The room design is a bit outdated. Some of the hotel staff are not friendly. Bed is not very comfortable to sleep. Huge size room, but the space behind the sofa area is empty. Corridor areas are not as bright too.
